It is a policy of our office that all repairs or maintenance requests must be in writing and emailed to our office as soon as possible – we only accept emergency repairs by phone.

If the property you live in needs maintenance, we would like to know about it straight away. We do not want you to feel as though your maintenance request is a bother to us. We always want you to feel as though you can approach our friendly property management team. Sometimes, if maintenance issues are not attended to, they can become a much bigger problem for everyone. Maintenance can affect your happiness and well-being, it can cause headaches for us, and a bigger bill for an owner. We do greatly appreciate clear communication, we really like to stress this for maintenance requests.

If you would like to discuss your maintenance request over the phone, then please phone the office and speak to one of our property managers. If you cannot get through, and you choose to leave a voice message then please state the address of the property, your full name, and an accurate description of the issue – we check our voice messages very frequently.
