If you wish to apply for a property, you must fill in our Tenancy Application Form. It is important for us to establish whether or not an applicant is suitable for a property. This application form can be filled in before viewing a property. However, it is not necessary. We now deal with tenancy applications differently – we assess in a step-by-step process. This is to help ensure your privacy and that the information you provide does not have to exceed a level you are comfortable with – when you are just wanting to view a property. Privacy is very important, and here at Moore Rentals, we are very supportive of the new way property managers have to take care of an applicant’s information.

We do check all received forms throughout the day, so there is no need to contact us directly. You cannot apply over the phone, nor can you apply at the office. Please, complete the application form online. Afterwards, we will review your application for a property and then be in touch if you are successful.
