I/We hereby apply for tenancy and understand that the Terms are subject to the Residential Tenancy Agreement and I/We agree to pay one week's rent and rent in advance as applicable to the property. In the event of rent or bond arrears, we reserve the right to charge interest at 1.5% per month and to add all collection costs to this account pursuant to the Fair Trading Act 1986. I/we hereby give permission for a credit check to be carried out. Joint and Several Liability: In the event that this is a joint application, I/We agree that each of us is both jointly and severally liable to perform and observe all of the Terms and Conditions of any Residential Tenancy Agreement, including payment of rent and all costs and expenses associated with the termination of the tenancy.
