Viewing / Tenancy Application Form

If you wish to view/apply for a property, you must fill in the following form. As part of our viewing procedure, we do not show any applicant through a property without an application form being completed. We need to establish that applicants meet the requirements for the property. Furthermore, we do not provide the property’s numerical address until we have arranged a viewing time. The Moore Rentals team always respects a current tenants’ privacy and security, as well as your own. We never show a property to a prospective tenant without having received a completed application form – we require sufficient information to identify the viewer.

We do check all received forms throughout the day, so there is no need to contact us directly. You cannot apply over the phone, nor can you come into the office. All forms must be completed online. We will review all applications for a property and then organise a viewing time – all suitable applicants will be notified. Often, but not always, we will hold group viewings and show multiple applicants through a property at the same time. It is important that you arrive on time so that you do not miss the viewing. Moore Rentals always strives to provide the fairest service possible, to both tenants and landlords alike.

Maintenance Request Form

If your property needs maintenance, we would like to know about it straight away. We do not want you to feel as though your maintenance requests are a bother to us. We always want you to feel as though you can approach us. Sometimes if maintenance issues are not attended to, they can become a greater problem. If you would like to discuss your maintenance request, please phone the office. If you choose to leave a message then please state the address of the property, your full name, and an accurate description of the issue – we check our voice messages frequently.

For all general repairs and non-urgent matters please fill in our online maintenance request form. However, if your maintenance request is an emergency, please contact our office directly or call Maureen after hours on 027 490 6490.
