Property Viewing Form

If you wish to view one of our properties, please fill in the Property Viewing Form below and we will get back to you when we have arranged a viewing time – if the property is still available. Often, we will have group viewings so it is important to make sure you are on time. You can also fill in our Tenancy Application Form if you wish. However, this is not necessary to view a property. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Tenancy Application Form

If you wish to apply for a property, you must fill in our Tenancy Application Form. It is important for us to establish whether or not an applicant is suitable for a property. This application form can be filled in before viewing a property, however, it is not necessary.

We do check all received forms throughout the day, so there is no need to contact us directly. You cannot apply over the phone, nor can you apply at the office. All forms must be completed online. We will review your application for a property and then be in touch if you are successful. Please fill in the required fields and contact us if you need a hand. Maintenance Request Form

If the property you live in needs maintenance, we would like to know about it straight away. We do not want you to feel as though your maintenance requests are a bother to us. We always want you to feel as though you can approach us. Sometimes if maintenance issues are not attended to, they can become a greater problem. If you would like to discuss your maintenance request, please phone the office. If you choose to leave a message then please state the address of the property, your full name, and an accurate description of the issue – we check our voice messages frequently.

For all general repairs and non-urgent matters please fill in our online maintenance request form. However, if your maintenance request is an emergency, please contact our office directly at 07 578 1807 or call Maureen after hours on 027 490 6490.
